Sand media filter, double chamber DN 80, epoxy polyester painted, gate valves

The quartzite double chamber sand filter, is particularly suitable to the filtration of water with high amounts of organic substances: algae, mud and slimy particles of organic matrix. It is recommended for water from rivers, lakes or dams. The special spreader nozzles located inside on the horizontal plate, prevent the quartzite to become compact and decrease the pressure head loss in the whole system. Its special structure has been designed to reduce the space and for an easier conveyance from one plant to another if necessary.
